Body Maps: Performance Workshop with Tim Miller
This will be a fun and powerful exploration into creating original performance work for our lives, dreams, obsessions, peeves, memories, and desires. And especially exploring that charged border between our bodies and society…our personal narratives and our public selves. Using our own memories and myths as a jumping off point, we will see where a deep sense of personal history creates performance that jumps out from our bodies onto the stage or the page.

We will work intensively for a week and the workshop will culminate in an ensemble-generated public performance from your fierce creativity! Please bring your hearts and brains, hopes and fears. No performance experience necessary.

Rehearsals T-F evenings & Sat afternoon, performance Sat at 8pm. Questions? Contact Jessica Berson, jessica.berson@yale.edu.
