Delany to Give Brudner Lecture

The Committee on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Studies is pleased to announce that the 2012-2013 James Robert Brudner ‘83 Memorial Prize has been awarded to Samuel R. Delany.  The Brudner prize was established in 2000 and is awarded annually to an activist or scholar whose work has made significant contributions to the understanding of LGBT issues or furthered the tolerance of LGBT people.  Delany will give two talks as part of the winning the prize.  The first talk will be at Yale on October 17, 2012, and the second talk will be held in New York City on October 18, 2012 at the Club Quarters Midtown Executive Club.
